Xerox Workcentre Printer problems

Three end users send a print job to the xerox Workcentre and the job does not
print. The printer worked fine until one of the end users loaded all the
Microsoft updates. I reinstalled the printer drivers, I can ping the IP
address of the printer, I have uninstalled the printer then reinstalled with
the latest drivers and still no success. Any ideas??

So the job goes to the printer but nothing is printed at the device. Are
there any system eventlog errors on the XP machines? Are there any error
messages on the printer (you need to have admin access on the Web page of
the device but you can get the list of printed jobs.

What specific print driver are you using? Does the printer support PCL and
PS? Does the PS driver work if you had previously been using PCL (or the
other way around if that's your configuration).
