3 hrs on tech support! Not Fixed!

HP C7280 All in One. HP Laptop/Vista
Scanner wont work. Tech says the drivers arnt there.
we tried uninstalling, reinstalling software.

He had remote access for 2.5 hours. And it still doesent work.

When I press scan menu/scan to computer. I get Refer to device documentation to troubleshoot.
Its wired to a router, which shouldnt matter.

Printer works fine.

Please help.

Ineed to scan documents for work.
Now I will be Fired!
