All of a sudden, I can't print from Adobe Lightroom to my Epson 3880.

I can still print from Photoshop to the Epson 3880 as usual and from other non-Lightroom programs, but not from Lightroom.. I am running Windows 11 and LIghtroom 15.1., build 202601141538-a543b18a.. When I try to print to the Epson printer from Lightroom, the printing dialog box come up, but there is no spooling and it seems to abort prematurely. I reloaded the 3880 drivers, but no change. Would appreciate your thoughts. Thanks.

Since you can still print with the Epson Stylus Pro 3880 from Photoshop and other programs, the printer and the driver are likely to be fine, so this points to Adobe Lightroom itself. The quickest fix is to reset Lightroom preferences (close it, then hold Shift + Alt while reopening). And select the printer in the Print module instead of using a saved preset, and make sure the 3880 is set as the default printer in Windows. If that doesn’t help, a Lightroom update or reinstall may be needed.
