Best pantone red for kraft paper

My client is getting kraft carry out bags overseas. The swatch samples im getting all look pink. 186 & 187u were my latest attempts. Considering trying 485 and 1797u. The job is 2 color so i cannot apply a white base. Does anyone have success with a specific pantone to achieve plain red?
