I fixed it by uninstalling all Brother software completely (use their uninstall tool), then reinstalling only the latest full driver package for Win 10 (even if you're on 11). Also, make sure you're connecting via USB directly no hubs. After reinstall, I used Windows Fax and Scan and it worked. Hope this helps! [/QUOTE]
