Brother DPC-150c, NO YELLOW INK

Hi all, my brother will not print the yellow, this stoped a while back so bought all new cartridges, have set it cleaning four /six times, test print no yellow, how do you clean theres things Thanks for any help,Homebrew.

Or is this a dead forum ?
I have a similar problem with the Canon ip 4700, actually, its worse.
What we need is a cleaning solution - something effective, strong.
Is this possible ?
IMO, it is ludicrous to use the ink solution as a cleaning agent....its like bathing in sewer water...
