Hi everyone, I’m having trouble with my Brother HL-L2370DW printer. It keeps showing a paper jam error even though there’s no paper stuck inside. I’ve opened all the covers, checked the tray, and even removed and reloaded the paper, but the message won’t go away.
Sometimes it starts printing but then stops midway and shows the same error again. I’ve also tried restarting the printer, but no luck so far.
Has anyone experienced this issue or knows what might be causing a “false” paper jam? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
