I dug out my older MFC-295CN the other day, and needing a printer tried to use it. The drivers are all installed, yet it won't print using the USB. However, I can scan into the computer just fine. How do I fix this?
Dont use USB Hub. Plug-in directly to computer.
Try different usb cable.
Remove printer from Devices & Printer (Windows) and re-install using printer setup per factory instructions.
