Hello, Im new on the forum so I introduce my self.
My name is Rodrigo and I'm computer systems engeneer. I'm new into this printer stuffs.
Well, we have a problem with the Brother printer (MCF-8040DN Model) in the office, suddenly starts to print sheet with black edges and the screen report that the drum must be replaced, and as the message says wi replace the drum. The real problem is that it has happened 3 times this year, so there must be something damaging the drums.
If somebody know something about it, I'd aprreciate a lot.
