Brother MFC-9420CN

I am having a problem getting in to the reset mode on a BROTHER MFC-9420CN so I can reset the counters. I have tried all of the options I have found on a google searches, can get into and view the maintenance counters bus can't reset them.

Hello

You Need To clicking On Start Button => All Programs or Programs => Brother Administrator Utilities => Brother BRAdmin Professional Utilities => BRAdmin Professional.
From the main BRAdmin screen double click the appropriate printer.
Enter the print server password (The default password is "access").
Click the Control tab
Click the Restore Factory Defaults button
Click the OK button when you have read the warning message.
The print server will then reset back to its default values.

Other Wise Uninstall Brother Printer Software and Driver Completely From Your Computer Then Restart your Computer,and Again Upload Brother Printer softeare From Brother Printer CD Come with Your Printer Or Download It From Brother Printer Offical website,
Once You Install Brother Printer Software Restart Your Computer Again,I Hope You Get Your Frople Solved By Now X
