my customer states that while printing to the mfc-j1010dw printer, often a message on the physical printer screen says something like "low ink" and the print job will not continue until she removes the message from the screen by pressing the button.
she checks here ink levels and they are at least 50%. she has also replaced ink cartridges with authentic cartridges and this repeats when the printer ink gets to about 50%

she 100% prints to the printer from wi-fi.

I did a factory reset on the printer and also deleted the windows 11 printer drivers and reinstalled from the brother drivers downloaded directly from brother ( full driver package )

I believe I have gone through every menu on the physical printer and also every menu on the web interface and I have seen no options to change this

printer is only about 6-months old, purchased brand new from an national office supply retailer
