Having trouble printing from my Brother MFC-J1010DW on a company-managed PC. The printer works fine from my phone and can scan documents from the PC, but print jobs from the PC always get stuck with “1 document waiting” and eventually show an “Error - Printing” status. The PC and printer are on the same network, and the printer has a valid IP address and shows as “Ready.” I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the full Brother driver and software package, reset the printer to factory settings, restarted both printer and PC, restarted the print spooler service, cleared the spooler queue, and run Brother’s Network Connection Repair Tool, which reports a successful connection. Despite this, nothing prints. I can’t access printer settings via Control Panel or Windows Settings due to company restrictions, so I can’t check or change the port (suspecting it’s using WSD).
