Brother MFC-J480DW - Cyan only misaligned

All of the other colors are working perfectly, but the cyan is misaligned. As you can see from the this picture, https://photos.app.goo.gl/9NA8qTv95FYgQvKt9, when we do a test sheet the cyan dashes are smudged and all over the place. I would be grateful for any insights as to what causes this and/or what I can do to resolve it. Thank you!
