Brother MFC-L2720DW keeps printing the same FAX

    Hello

    I have a Brother MFC-L2720DW printer, that for some reason will only print the same FAX, then indicate it has a paper jam. There is no paper jam, and I cannot figure out how to clear the fax. I have recently replaced the drum and cartridge, but if I put the originals back in, the problem persists. Any ideas would be helpful.
