Brother MFC-L2800DW - printing booklets

Good morning from France! Not very technical person, so please keep it straightforward, thank you!
Simple question (but answer may be complicated!) - will this machine print a booklet automatically please? If so, how?
I have a file (.odt or .pdf) with 8 pages of A5, I want it to turn it into an 8 page booklet.
I've tried everything I can think of, an experienced colleague has tried everything she can think of, so time to ask the experts!

ep, just save it as a PDF and print using the “Booklet” option in Adobe Reader. Works like a charm if your printer does double-sided.
