I have read literally so much about how to reset the toner life on the printer by opening the cover, pressing back and cancel buttons together, then pressing the back button singly. That does not work for me. I have tried it so many times. I am about at the point to return the printer to Costco where I bought it and buy a different brand of color laser printer that accepts aftermarket toner. Anyone know how I can reset the toner life?
