Printer pickup paper; however it stopped after a quart; message: paper jam back (however never ! paper jam !!)
Paper runs smoothly after electra off and on..... It is a great mystery for me???

I have made study of this siites for more thane one time....but it did not solve the problem.
I look inside with led light; i replace the roller...no effects. Machine gives no error codes? So is it a fake message?? Is there an other problem behind this message?
Every time the machine exactly stopped same time/same place; i also make a compare with an other Brother machine; no differents

One last thing to try:
Pick machine up-side-down and shake it vigorously. Probably require two people to accomplish task. This will help dislodge any screw or broken plastic lodged within paper path. Should printer be too large to do this, suggest Brother Service Center.
