Canon ip4920

Just bought the ip4920, unable to print envelopes in any software. Bottom margin seems permenant at 1.5, won't decrease. Had the ip4000, worked fine, any suggestions?

Don't know anything about that particular printer, but I'm sure you can do a quick google search on manuals and troubleshooting tips that will help you. Even reviews can actually give you an insight on what might be the problem.

Yep, I think PDF manuals are available online if you don't have them.

The manual will be on the installation disc as well, you ought be able to install from the installation disc.
