Canon IR 2000 copier is showing System Error E000
Hello,
From my searches online the first course of action seems to be resetting the printer in service mode.
I attempted to clear it in service mode:
1. Press ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS, #
2. Go to #7 Printer and press OK
3. Go to #4 Printer Reset and press OK
4. Yes = ( > )
However, when I press the yes (>) nothing happens.
Does anyone know why this is not working?
In the interim, I have ordered a replacement Replaceable Copier Thermistor – I hope this resolves the E000 error.
Any other ideas?
