Hi guys,
I got a brand new Canon monochrome laser MF269dw. Printing text, no problem with different fonts and sizes. When I print photos I notice there are horizontal streaks so I did more test. I printed some pure color page red/blue/yellow. Because this is a monochrome printer, it transfers them to gray pages. Then the streaks become very obvious, please see attached. I tried these pages on my old brother laser printer I also see the horizontal streaks as the output. So I was wondering is that a common problem for black/white printer? Do I need to go return this Canon MF269dw?
