canon mf4320-4350 sharing problem

i have a canon mf4320-4350 and i shared it in a xp computer.I have workstations that have windows 7.when i want to add printer i can see the printer but when i select it error will appear.the error is windows cannot connect to the printer.operation failed with error 0x0000046a.
how can i solve this problem
help me please
