Had the same issue turns out it was a firmware glitch. I unplugged it for a few minutes, then held the power button while plugging it back in. Started working again after that. Worth a try

It is a shame the printer is half a year old and printed less then 50 pages.
Out of the blue it stopped being recognized.

sounds like it might be a hardware failure. If it’s still under warranty, I’d contact the manufacturer for a replacement. Sucks when stuff dies that quickly.
