Canon MP 620 Envelope Printing

I am running Open Ofc on my Mac-Pro. How do I print standard 10" business envelopes?

I am never able to insert the envelope properly or set the margins! Any help is greatly appreciated and sure to get you into heaven no matter how rotten you may be.
