I am using Windows XP and have two problems.
1.When I try to access the online manual I get the following message
cmview.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. I have tried to uninstall the manual with no success. I have down loaded the manual and tried to re install. It finds the one that doesn't work and aborts the installation.
2. I wish to set the default setting as Black and white printing. When I set it to grayscale it uses the black ink from the colour combinations. The only way I have found so far is to save what ever I want to print into a word document, then convert images to grayscale before printing.
Any suggestions will be gratefully received.
