I have a canon pixma mp220 printer, and have replaced the cartridges with non-canon versions.
the printer will now not print, and just comes up with the u051 error message.
I have followed the widely available instructions to get the printer into "service mode" but once i'm there, I can't do anything. All of the advice says press the reset/resume button 4 times and there will be instructions that toggle through on the LCD display, but it doesn't work for me.
Once in service mode. I can do nothing.
Can anyone help me?
