Canon MX 700 OU43 error

Good Day All,

Printer wont accept new cyan ink jet cartridge.

I have tried another new one , cleaned printing head and tried factory reset .

No fix as yet.

A possible fix guidelines will be appreciated.

Hi Ruffin,

Thanx for the reply.

The cartridges are new generics .All the other ones seems ok .It is only the cyan one.I have also checked the pins that record ink levels but none are bent out of shape.

Some of the guys seem to have trouble with CYAN. Try Canon OEM CYAN once, just to verify.
Be sure you procure correct Canon part number. Good luck to you.
