We have a Canon MX490 that when we try to print, it won't take the paper. It initially sounds as though it is going to start, but then it makes this, "click, click, click, click, etc." sound and we get an error message stating we need to load paper. Anybody have any ideas what's up and what we need to do to fix this problem?
