Message: [QUOTE="smck98, post: 232734, member: 28747"] Our Canon PIXMA G3630 Megatank printer has stopped using any Magenta ink despite the fact that we have refilled the ink and run several of the "clean print head" programs on the printer itself. I have even tried to manually clean the print head to try and unclog any potential blockages. I have also pressed and held the "Stop" button on the button to run the various programs. I should clarify that I am no printer expert but need to get this fixed, ideally without much cost, as we use the printer regularly for our work.
