Hi!Newby here!I want to print some labels and in order to make a test on a normal paper first i have print the format of the labels and after that i had try to print some squares inside the labels to see if they will match.The results are quite weird as you can see from the pictures.(in the software the squares had the same center)



I had run the alignment setting for the printer (manual and automatic) and i had run the cleaning of the nozles and rolers. Nothing helps.



Please advice!

You need to clean the encoder strip/timing strip. I hope it will help

The most common cause of misalignment is unnecessary movement of the paper during it is picked up from the tray. Loading the paper properly in the tray can help improve the margin gap between software and actual print out. Use the paper guides and locks in the tray to avoid movements during pick up.
