Try this first: remove the printhead and gently clean the bottom with a lint-free cloth dampened with warm distilled water or isopropyl alcohol. Let it dry completely, reinstall, and run a normal cleaning (not deep). Also make sure the cartridges are seated properly and ink is actually flowing.
