Cant print the whole page!

Does anyone know how I can print a page on my email? At the moment the printer only does the top half of the page. The printer is a Canon Pixma iP4200.

Here are some things to try ...
* Orientation ok? ... portrait vs landscape
* Correct paper size ... such as Letter rather than 4x6" or "Custom"
* What happens with "Print Preview" (if available)
* Work-around ... copy/paste into WordPad and print from WordPad (kind of a hold-your-nose approach)
