Color problem for Brother DCP-L3550CDW

Hi to all.
I have a problem printing a color image with my Brother DCP-L3550CDW running on Win 11 Pro, here is the problem:

All setting on the printer are set to default, I have tried to print a test print and this show no problem:

I image this is a setting problem, BUT I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE TO LOOK, to print the image i use Word 365
Any idea, any sugestion is welcome.

Make sure you use the genuine ink cartridges for printing, and they are inserted properly. Also, you can try color calibrating the printer. Below are the steps you can follow to do that, and see if it helps.

• Go to the Menu in your printer’s control panel.
• Then, you need to choose the Printer or Settings option.
• After that, navigate to the Color Correction or Calibration option.
• Now, start the calibration and follow the further instructions.
• Make changes in the colors if necessary.

If these solutions does not work then i would recommend you to directly connect to the experts or Brother customer care to get instant help.

This looks like an issue with the driver settings or Word's color management, not a printer hardware problem

Thank you to all for the answers, I have solved the problem, in my printer (BROTHER DCP-L3550CDW - with 4 toners) I had all general toners, I have replaced all with the originals ones and now all is OK
