Dell B2375dfw Apps are Blank

When the printer is turned on it boots up to the apps screen but there are no apps. The boxes for the apps are there but there is nothing in them. I have tried removing the memory and putting it back in. That did not solve anything. Any suggestions on this would be quite helpful. Thanks
