Designjet 800 printing grey, not blue

I just got a used designjet 800 printer. During the calibration stage the cyan printed cyan, so I know the problem isn't with the ink or anything. Then I tried to print a document I have from both photoshop and the instant print software, and it comes out more grey them blue. It is using the colors, I can see the color in it, but it is very washed out and looks more grey. I don't know much about color profiles, how to use them, change them, etc, but I think that may be the issue. Perhaps not. In any event, is there someone that can assist me with this please?



Relivent details:

Designjet 800PS 42

Windows 7 HP 64 bit

LAN connection

Firmware A04.02 (Just upgraded to see if that was the issue)
