Different hp laser printers print first line at different heights

I have several different hp laserjet printers that all start printing the first line of text at different heights. This is a problem since i print document onto pre-printed forms and the information needs to end up in the right spot and not overlap. I can't solve the problem using margins in word/writer software because fixing the margins for one printer screws up another.

I have different operating systems running and different printer models as well. I was hoping there was some way to configure the offset the first line in each individual printer settings to deal with this issue. I've looked everywhere I can think of but cannot find such a setting. Any thoughts besides besides buying 7 new printers?
