The support code 5B02 code has popped up on my Canon MG4250
already done some googling and lots of suggestions with regards to pulling the cord out restarting it with power pressed on then the red circle icon triangle button a few times – tried so many different options that I found on various other forums but still no joy? Also clean the trays as suggested the pad is basically as suggested by another forum and still no joy just can’t seem to reset the support code error and get the printer back online
I believe there is a Windows support program application but I am on an Apple Mac so that isn’t viable for me either any ideas anybody thank you
