EcoTank or Inkjet?

Hi all!

I have a big question that I need someone to help me

Whats the difference between this two types?

I mean I know Ecotank is the system of ink but if I use paper that says that is for an Inkjet printer, does a EcoTank printer is one of those, or EcoTank printers are a different type of printer

If I bought a EcoTank L380 or any EcoTank printer, does this kind of paper work?

EcoTank uses same paper as non ecotank
