I'm having issues with an Epson 3400BK printer.
I'm trying to print out a network configuration sheet which is done by pressing the little black button adjacent to the ethernet port but it produces nothing. It should at least do this.
I can connect to it directly using Epson Net Config and set the IP address and can ping it over the network afterwards. I want to turn off black dot registration in printer properties but get an error (failed to communicate) when doing so.
I am familiar with these printers as I install them regularly but this one has me stumped.
Oddly, the mac address on the rear label differs to the mac address that Epson Net Config reports, it differs by 1 digit.
Any ideas?
