Epson 4720 only print one side

After a bad leak of the black ink there is no double sided printing even after resetting the print properties,
I think one of the sensors has been covered in the ink, I have cleaned the printer on all parts that I can see, I need the actual sensor location so I may clean.
Any ideas please.
