Epson Artisan 700 “Printer Error” - PLEASE HELP!!

Hi! Hoping someone can PLEASE help!! It just says “Printer Error, turn off then on again. Consult booklet.” But NOTHING works! I’ve taken it apart. Started with a paper jam. But ALL paper was REMOVED! All it does is flash this message with a loud ring. ANY SUGGESTIONS? Thank you so much!
