Hi All,
I have a Bixolon SRP-350PlusIII printer (http://www.bixolon.com/upload/download/br_srp-350plusiii_en_mar15_v1_web.pdf) which has an 'EPSON emulation' feature, as shown below -
Unfortunately documentation on this feature is light, so I am wondering what exactly this feature does.
I have my printer connected by USB, and the original Bixolon drivers installed. Printing (Windows test print) was working ok until I enabled emulation. Once I enabled emulation the printer became 'greyed out' (under Devices and Printers) and Windows detected an Unknown Device.
The Hardware Id of the unknown device is 'USB\VID_045B&PID_0025' (without the single talking marks).
I really want to get my Bixolon behaving like an EPSON (due to proprietary software...).
Any help will greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards,
Davo
