I carefully cleaned print heads manually as described in a YouTube video.

Afrer refitting the printer head and the white boxes that move ink to the printer head, I attempted to use Maintenace/head Cleaning. Following the instructions on screen when I get to last key press (bottom right diamond button) does nothing other than the screen showing to press diamond button again.

The same error occurs with every function including printing, scanning or copying.

No surprise there is nothing in the printer manual about error 100016.

Any suggestions?

If I don’t get any suggestions I might do a printer reset and trust setting Up for mac is straightforward.
