Epson L850 bad printing

I have an Epson L850, bought it on April 20th, 2020, 16 months old, and about one month it started printing with errors, some lines are printed correctly but about every five or six lines , attaches is a copy of a page printed perfectly on another printer, and the same page printed with the L850 with the errors, any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
