I have A3 certificates preprinted by a professional printing company on 200gsm A3 card which has all information preprinted that every certificate requires. There is a blank section on the certificate to print the names of students and dates.
When i require a certificate for a student, I enter the student's name and date on a publisher template where the information needs to be printed on the certificate and then send this to the SC-P700 to print on the rear loaded certificate.
This used to work, although now i am finding the printer refuses to print on the pre printed certificates. If i insert a blank piece of paper it will print the students name and date from the publisher file, although as soon as i insert the certificate, it makes sounds like it's printing over where the certificate is preprinted. Please help
