every time I turn it on the scanner makes a loud clicking noise, as if its trying to push the scanner head into the side of the casing. after 30 seconds it stops and all the lights just flash. if i try to print i get a general error about there being something in the printer. is there a way to reset the printer or is it something mechanical thats wrong? it went wrong a while ago after not being used much and im trying to get it working again. I cant afford to send it off to get it looked at and I cant go out and get a new one.
