Epson Surecolor SC-T5000 "Paper Sensor Error"

My plotter is coming up with a "Paper Sensor Error" when I try to run alignment tasks out of the service program and on the advanced tab from the printer utility. I know this plotter is old but its a good plotter and I know this can be resolved. Does anyone know where this sensor is and its part number....the technical manuals, catalogues, etc are so scattered and difficult to find / use / scan for relevant info, etc.
