Hi, I am new to the forums and I have been given a Epson SX600FW and new genuine inks but even after head cleaning and head alignment and clean it still prints red horizontal lines can anyone help with this issue?
Hopefully here is a scan of the issue I have tried to print black, red and yellow boxes to force the heads back to normal
