EPSON TM-U220PB OPEN CASH DRAWER

Hi,

I am using EPSON TM-U220PB with a cash drawer in Windows 10.

My problem is how to open cash drawer connected thru the phone jack via my program. I have sent to the printer the following escape code sequences but it still does not open the cash drawer:
Chr(27) + Chr(112) + Chr(0) + Chr(25) + Chr(250)

I have also tried using the windows test print where i have located a setting on cash drawers. But still, the cash drawer does not open.
