Epson WF 3530 all-in-one / Vista Home Premium SP2 32-bit
I was going to change my black cartridge, lifted the scan unit and the little box that holds the cartridges was way over to the right and I could not open the cover.
I shut the printer off, turned back on and tried again. Same thing.
I went to the touch screen and though I can move back and forth through it by touching the arrows, when I make a selection on the screen nothing happens.
Then I noticed that little "Home" icon that sits to the left of the screen should be lit and it is not.
Anyone know what could have caused this? Would it help to download the drivers & utilities package for my printer and try reinstalling?
