Epson WF-7620 Faded Ink

I'm having an issue where my photo's/ink looks faded even after cleaning the print heads and replacing the ink cartridges. Any recommendations? This is a sample photo i printed compared to the original.

The ink on this printer looks dull. I have to change it to high just to get a darker color.
